1. Top Rail - Height of top rail has a standard size of 3/4”.

2. Panels - We offer two different sizes.

3. Rabbeted stiles help control light between panels.

4. Louvers - We offer three sizes: 2 1/2”, 3 1/2”, & 4 1/2”. Our louvers are 7/16” thick and have a tapered edge.

5. Louver Pins - We use nylon pins which are ideal for our climate and will not expand or contract.

6. Tilt Rod - Controls full operation of the louvers.

7. Center Rail - Allows you to control upper and lower louvers independently. Center Rails are also recommended on windows taller than 78”.

8. Framing - We offer various styles and applications.

9. Bottom Rail - Height of bottom rail will vary with a minimum of 3”.

Not Shown: - Tension Screws - Each panel has at least one tension screw on each side. These allow louver tightness to be adjusted. - Panel Hinges - We offer four different colors of hinges. - T-Post - When the overall width of an opening is more than 84” a T-Post is required for structural support of the panels. A single panel can be as wide as 28”. However, hinges should never support a combined panel width of more than 48”.
